Sole Custom Footbeds Regular SOFTEC use a high grade, proprietary, open cell foam, topped with a moisture wicking layer. The density is softer in the heel cup and harder under the arch. To customize Sole Regular SOFTEC footbeds, simply place them in a regular oven for a few minutes, put them in your shoes, stick your feet in the shoes and lace up. Kick back for a few minutes and enjoy the toasty warmth. Once the Sole Footbeds have cooled they will have molded to your feet. They also boast superior support, stability and shock absorption. Sole footbeds are available in sizes up to a mens 22.
